Tim ADHD

Community, livestreams, side projects, and whatever I’m building next.

This is the home base for @tim.adhd — livestreams, community spaces, creator tools, coaching, longer-form conversations, and the random projects that happen when I decide something should exist and then build it.

One-on-one coaching

Sometimes the first step is just figuring out what the hell is going on.

Coaching is a calm place to sort through Neurodiverse and mental health experiences, find patterns, build vocabulary, and make the next step feel less confusing.

One part of the story

How the mental health side of my TikTok journey developed.

A longer conversation about late diagnosis, what I learned along the way, and how sharing that process became one part of the community that exists now.

Things I build

Creator tools + experiments

Some of the stuff I wanted for my own streams and community workflows didn’t really exist in the form I wanted, so I started building it.

Why the overlay display exists: it gives you a standalone browser window for TikFinity overlays instead of requiring the streaming app itself to render the overlay through its own embedded browser. That makes external displays, window capture, screen capture, and chroma-key workflows much easier to mix and match.

LateDiagnosed.org

The nonprofit growing out of these conversations.

LateDiagnosed.org is being built around research, education, advocacy, resources, and community for adults who discovered their Neurodiversity later in life.

Because getting the label often answers one question and immediately creates about fifty more.
