Neurodiverse + mental health coaching
Less confusion. More language for what you’re actually experiencing.
A calm place to sort through the things that are hard to explain—especially when ADHD, Autism, trauma, burnout, dissociation, or late diagnosis make it difficult to tell where one problem ends and another begins.
Coaching topics
Start with what’s confusing you.
You do not need the right terminology before we talk.
How I can help
Make the complicated part easier to hold.
Put words to it
Sometimes you know something is happening long before you know what to call it. We can find language that fits.
Find the pattern
We can look for the sensory, emotional, cognitive, trauma-related, or environmental pattern underneath the problem.
Make it usable
Turn insight into a next step, a boundary, a script, a support, or a clearer way to explain what you need.
Before your next appointment
Helping you clear the confusion before your next appointment.
If something has been difficult to explain to a therapist, psychiatrist, doctor, or other provider, we can slow it down, identify the details that matter, and help you find clearer language for what you have been experiencing.
A safe place to talk
You can bring the part you usually edit out.
No polished explanation required
Confusion, contradiction, embarrassment, strong emotion, unusual experiences, or simply not knowing what something means yet are all okay places to start.
Coaching, not trauma therapy
We can talk about how trauma affects your life, reactions, relationships, communication, and behavior. I do not provide trauma processing or psychotherapy.
Bring the thing you keep getting stuck on.
You do not need a polished goal. Start with the question, situation, feeling, pattern, or experience you have been trying to make sense of.

Why I do this work
I’m Tim, a late-diagnosed Neurodiverse adult, mental health advocate, and the person behind @tim.adhd. I built a following on TikTok largely by helping people understand experiences they had lived with for years but could not quite put into words.
That is what I bring to coaching too: helping you slow down the confusion, notice the pattern underneath it, and find language you can actually use with yourself, the people in your life, or your providers.
